The underground garage parking is a frustrating experience!!! It undermines the overall hotel experience and should be improved. Also, the restaurant menu is perplexing at best, with combinations that sound off-putting for any European destination!!!

Location's a winner! Loved the little self-service market and how breakfast made it easy to order eggs without the line madness. Our toddler got a cute gift, which was such a sweet surprise!

But really, half the fun of breakfast was waiting in line for coffee. It's like they think caffeine should be a reward for patience!

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both the beautiful Noordeinde Palace and the fascinating Escher Museum, making my city strolls feel like a never-ending adventure. The comfortable beds provided a quiet retreat after a day of exploration.

I previously stayed here and was impressed, but this time exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with a large tv and comfortable seating. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of fresh options and made-to-order eggs.

The hotel is conveniently located near both tram and train stations, making travel easy. The deluxe room was spacious with a modern design and a luxurious five-fixture bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast which featured a made-to-order egg station, and the staff assisted with packing breakfast for our early checkout.

The Hilton in The Hague offered a really comfortable stay. I enjoyed the spacious room layout with a stylish design, perfect for our family. The beds felt great, and the high-quality amenities added a nice touch. We had direct access to the executive lounge stocked with delightful snacks and drinks, which made our evenings quite relaxing. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating when we arrived early. However, there were some hiccups that affected our experience. The restaurant service was notably slow, and there were communication issues that led to a very frustrating dining experience. We had to wait quite a while for our meals and my custom omelet didn’t match what I ordered. Also, the room didn't have enough supplies. no water was provided in the room, and housekeeping wasn’t consistent in replenishing necessities like towels. Despite these drawbacks, the overall comfort of the room and location near attractions made our trip enjoyable. While there are improvements needed, I would consider staying here again due to the positives.
